I was disappointed that I had to call twice to see if the flowers had been delivered after a computer glitch at your store delayed delivery. You did inform me of the delay and these things happen, however when I called the first time I was promised a call back when the driver returned to confirm delivery. I had to call the next day to find out that the flowers were delivered.
